Compared to others Caroline was realistic about things, tailored approach and asked good questions. It was a conversation not an interrogation. Easy to deal with, and Caroline’s background helped. Didn't come across as a career recruitment consultant. Good knowledge.

A lot of bias in the market; if your name is different you go to another pile. But Caroline agreed to see me and that meant a lot. She has the human aspect that is missing in a lot of HR People/ Recruitment industry. Approachable, available, high EQ, genuine and integrity

I've dealt with a lot of agencies as a client, candidate and contractor. Caroline stands out because she thinks carefully about where she wants to place people. She doesn't have a bias so gives good professional advice to both clients and candidates.

Caroline is a very good listener. Thoroughness of contractor vetting, a substance vs form argument. Qualitative facts and being able to give examples of where she has performed a similar service for another client is powerful. Full of integrity and wants to form trusting relationships that survive the test of time.

Caroline is very experienced, can handle any situation, you know you are working with an industry professional, well presented, follow-up very good. Can trust her to present good people from taking an accurate brief.

Doesn't overpromise, up front about the process and what can be done. Got on with things, but wouldn’t just send anyone. Got the right people 100% of the time, able to crystallise needs, not just experience, but culture, behaviours and style of working which for me is 70% of the need
